Key Responsibilities

• Translate compliance and security needs into clear, actionable plans for product development.
• Support the roll-out and monitoring of security controls, ensuring proper documentation and adherence.
• Act as a bridge between security, product, and operational teams to ensure smooth implementation of risk measures.
• Conduct risk assessments within the context of fintech regulations and escalate complex issues when needed.
• Foster a culture of security awareness and promote best practices across the organization.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Risk, Business, IT, or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in risk management, ideally including 2+ years in consultancy or advisory roles within financial services or fintech.
• Comfortable working in dynamic environments with a focus on process improvement and regulatory alignment.
• Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
