Title: Risk Control, Regional Head

Location: Remote - Multiple Locations: Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Arkansas

Position Overview:

One of the top tier global insurance firms is looking to bring on an experienced Risk Control, Regional Head to the team. This role will be responsible for evaluating risk and exposure controls for Workers Comp, General Liability, and Commercial Auto lines of business while recommending risk improvements, preparing reports and developing new business through quality agency relationships. Key Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to align services with strategic goals, enhance client engagement, and support business growth initiatives.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to team members by offering guidance, performance feedback, and development opportunities to ensure consistent service excellence.
• Manage operational workflows, address personnel and process challenges, and contribute to continuous improvement through collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Oversee and deliver complex service engagements, balancing technical responsibilities with regional travel and leadership commitments.
• Promote innovation by sharing industry trends, supporting onboarding and development of team members, and driving ongoing enhancements to service delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Risk Management or similar degree.
• 10+ years of experience in loss control.
• 4+ years in supervisory/management position.
• Designations preferred but not required.
