Role Overview
The Private Equity Associate will join a high-performing team and gain exposure to all aspects of the investment lifecycle-from sourcing and diligence to execution and portfolio management. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed financial modeling, valuation analysis, and market research for potential investments.
- Assist in due diligence processes, including operational, financial, and legal reviews.
- Prepare investment committee materials and support deal execution.
- Collaborate with portfolio company management teams to drive strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
- Monitor portfolio performance and assist in exit planning and execution.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or management consulting.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated interest in technology and tech-enabled businesses.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
