Private Credit VP
Presently we are currently working with a Global Investment Management firm who is seeking a Vice President, Private Credit professional to add to their team here in Singapore. This is a new role a part of their expansion in the Singapore market.
Responsibilities of the VP, Private Credit include:
- Lead end-to-end syndication process for private credit transactions from pre-marketing and investor engagement to documentation, execution.
- Close collaboration with private credit origination and wealth management teams to design syndication strategies and engage institutional investors, private credit funds, and family offices.
- Develop new and maintain existing relationships with key syndicate investors and intermediaries.
Requirements of the VP, Private Credit include:
- Circa 3+ years of experience in private credit syndication or illiquid loan sales in multinational banks
- Credit structuring and underwriting expertise needed
- Advanced degree (MBA, CFA, or equivalent) in finance, economics, or a related field.
