We are partnering with a $10bn+ global multi-strategy hedge fund to identify an exceptional Portfolio Manager focused on FX Volatility to join its New York office.
Our client is widely regarded as one of the industry's premier volatility trading platforms, with substantial investment across equity volatility, credit volatility, macro volatility, and cross-asset derivatives strategies. The firm has built one of the most sophisticated volatility businesses on the Street and continues to invest aggressively in areas where it sees meaningful opportunities for expansion.
FX Volatility represents one of the platform's highest conviction growth initiatives. While the firm has established expertise across multiple volatility disciplines, it is now seeking an experienced investor to build and scale a dedicated FX Vol franchise within its pod structure.

Candidate Profile
We are interested in speaking with Portfolio Managers and senior risk-takers who demonstrate:
- A proven and repeatable track record trading FX volatility strategies
- Experience managing risk and capital within a hedge fund, bank proprietary trading desk, asset manager, or similar institutional platform
- Strong understanding of options markets, volatility surface dynamics, skew and correlation
- Robust risk management and portfolio construction capabilities
- The ability to operate independently while contributing to a broader platform environment
- A desire to build and grow a scalable business within a leading multi-manager framework
