The Opportunity

Our client is seeking an entrepreneurial Vice President / Director / Managing Director to join the investment team during a critical growth phase. Ideal Candidate Profile

• Background:

  • 6-12+ years of experience in special situations private equity, distressed investing, or complex balance sheet transactions.
  • Exposure to NAV arbitrage, public-to-private deals, or restructuring is highly desirable.

  • Strong analytical and structuring capabilities; ability to navigate complex corporate situations.
