Part-Time Team Assistant

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive personal assistance to four Directors, including diary management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
  • Prepare and format documents, presentations, and correspondence; organize conferences and social events.
  • Manage office operations: liaise with suppliers, maintain records, and ensure timely procurement of office supplies.
  • Oversee expense reconciliation, invoice follow-up, and support ad-hoc projects across the EMEA region.
  • Act as the primary Point of Contact for internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.

Qualifications Required

  • Minimum 3 years' experience supporting senior executives in an international environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Fluent in German (German Abitur or similar qualification) and English, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proven ability to thrive under pressure, anticipate needs, and resolve issues proactively.
