Key Responsibilities
- Support the launch and operational rollout of energy services in Denmark.
- Monitor and coordinate energy market communications, operational workflows, and regulatory processes.
- Manage debtor-related activities and customer communications.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, suppliers, and third-party stakeholders.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and contribute to process optimization initiatives.
- Extract, analyze, and interpret data using SQL to support reporting and business decision-making.
- Work closely with customer service teams on back-office processes and operational support.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams on strategic operational projects.
- Contribute ideas and improvements to enhance products, customer experience, and overall business performance.
Requirements
- Approximately 2+ years of experience in operations, business operations, analytics, or a related field.
- Experience managing projects or initiatives independently.
- Strong analytical mindset with practical SQL experience.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Native-level Danish and professional English communication skills.
- Experience with Python is advantageous.
- Interest in energy markets, sustainability, or technology-driven businesses is highly desirable.
- Self-starter mentality with strong curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to learn quickly.
