Our client, a dynamic and growing organization with approximately 100 employees, is seeking an experienced and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and ensure a well-organized, efficient, and positive working environment. This is a key support role requiring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities across facilities, administration, and employee support.
Key Responsibilities
Office Operations & Facilities Management
- Oversee the smooth running of the office, including maintenance, supplies, and vendor management
- Liaise with building management and service providers to ensure a safe and functional workspace
- Manage office budgets and expenses related to facilities and supplies
Administrative Support
- Coordinate company-wide administrative processes, including mail, courier services, and document management
- Support onboarding/offboarding processes in collaboration with HR and IT
- Maintain inventory of office equipment and supplies
Employee Experience
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to office logistics
- Organize internal events, meetings, and team-building activities
- Support health & safety initiatives and compliance
Vendor & Contract Management
- Manage relationships with external vendors (cleaning, catering, security, etc.)
- Negotiate contracts and ensure service levels are met
General Support
- Assist senior management with ad hoc tasks and projects
- Support cross-functional teams with operational needs
What experience fo you need?
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role in a mid-sized company
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office management tools
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Experience managing budgets and vendor relationships
