Our client, a dynamic and growing organization with approximately 100 employees, is seeking an experienced and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and ensure a well-organized, efficient, and positive working environment. This is a key support role requiring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities across facilities, administration, and employee support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Office Operations & Facilities Management

    • Oversee the smooth running of the office, including maintenance, supplies, and vendor management
    • Liaise with building management and service providers to ensure a safe and functional workspace
    • Manage office budgets and expenses related to facilities and supplies
  • Administrative Support

    • Coordinate company-wide administrative processes, including mail, courier services, and document management
    • Support onboarding/offboarding processes in collaboration with HR and IT
    • Maintain inventory of office equipment and supplies
  • Employee Experience

    • Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to office logistics
    • Organize internal events, meetings, and team-building activities
    • Support health & safety initiatives and compliance
  • Vendor & Contract Management

    • Manage relationships with external vendors (cleaning, catering, security, etc.)
    • Negotiate contracts and ensure service levels are met
  • General Support

    • Assist senior management with ad hoc tasks and projects
    • Support cross-functional teams with operational needs

What experience fo you need?

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role in a mid-sized company
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office management tools
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Experience managing budgets and vendor relationships
