NYLL Claims Oversight

An exciting opportunity with a leading MGA that's consistently ranked among the top 10 in the U.S. They're currently up for MGA of the Year and are part of a larger group that manages specialty programs across several industries.

Due to continued growth, they're expanding their team and looking for someone to take on a Construction Claims Oversight role in their NYC office.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing, analyzing, and reviewing all claims in their system
• Directing the TPA to ensure best practices are followed
• Collaborating with the Head of Claims to ensure client claims are handled properly
• Coordinating with defense panels on active claims
• Leveraging experience with construction claims and NY Labor Law
