Materials IR Senior Associate

A Private Credit firm with just under $80 billion in AUM is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate to join a collaborative team focused on investor marketing and product communications. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong writing, design, and analytical skills who enjoys working across teams to support sales and product messaging. The Associate/Senior Associate will contribute to the development of high-impact materials that communicate investment strategies clearly and effectively. This position offers exposure to senior stakeholders and opportunities to grow into a leadership role over time.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the creation and maintenance of recurring investor materials, including pitchbooks, performance updates, and internal communications.
• Partner with product teams to develop content for new strategies and fund structures.
• Assist in refining the design and delivery of marketing collateral to ensure clarity and consistency.
• Analyze investment data to support messaging and identify key insights.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather relevant data and content for marketing and ad-hoc projects.
• Contribute to internal initiatives that align with fundraising and broader marketing goals.

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 4-6 years of experience in financial services, preferably in product marketing or investor communications.
• Familiarity with private debt or fixed income is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Seismic is preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to work independently and contribute to a hybrid office culture.
