Base Compensation: $300,000 + Competitive Performance-Based Incentives
Reporting To: Head of TAS (10+ year tenure, founding member of the group)

Their Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) group plays a critical role in supporting buy-side and sell-side clients through complex financial transactions.
Role Overview
As a Managing Director in the TAS group, you will lead and execute financial due diligence engagements for private equity and corporate clients. You will be instrumental in driving growth, mentoring junior talent, and maintaining our reputation for excellence in the middle market.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage financial due diligence engagements across various industries.
- Analyze historical and projected financial performance, working capital, and quality of earnings.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the transaction lifecycle.
- Collaborate with deal teams, tax advisors, and legal counsel to deliver integrated solutions.
- Contribute to business development efforts, including proposal writing, pitch presentations, and networking.
- Mentor and develop junior professionals within the TAS team.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Transaction Advisory Services, financial due diligence, or related fields.
- Proven track record of leading complex engagements and managing client relationships.
- Deep understanding of middle market dynamics and deal structures.
- CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
