Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Managing Director to lead and grow the technology investment banking practice. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving deal origination, managing client relationships, and overseeing execution of complex transactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in technology M&A and capital markets, combined with entrepreneurial drive and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Originate and execute high-value transactions in the technology sector (M&A, private placements, strategic advisory).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives, private equity firms, and venture capital investors.
- Lead deal teams, ensuring flawless execution and client satisfaction.
- Mentor and develop junior bankers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

Qualifications
- Minimum 10+ years of investment banking experience, with a focus on technology.
- Proven track record of originating and closing transactions in software, SaaS, fintech, or related sectors.

- Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
