Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Vice President to join our growing FIG team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in investment banking or transaction advisory, with a demonstrated focus on FIG or specialty insurance sectors. This role offers the opportunity to lead deal execution, manage client relationships, and mentor junior team members in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the execution of M&A and capital markets transactions within the FIG sector.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, and industry professionals.
- Oversee the preparation of financial models, valuation analyses, pitch books, and marketing materials.
- Drive due diligence processes and coordinate with legal, accounting, and other advisors.
- Mentor and supervise analysts and associates, fostering professional development and high performance.
- Contribute to business development efforts, including identifying new opportunities and supporting senior bankers in client outreach.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in investment banking, transaction advisory, or a related financial services role.
- Strong transaction experience in FIG, with a preference for candidates with speciality insurance expertise.
- Proven ability to lead deal execution and manage multiple workstreams under tight deadlines.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.
- Series 79 and 63 licenses (or willingness to obtain).
