The Investment Banking Vice President will be responsible for:

• Manage end-to-end execution of M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory transactions
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with middle-market clients
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to pitch development and client acquisition strategies
• Conducting extensive industry, market, and company-specific research.

The Investment Banking Vice President should have the following qualifications:

• 6+ years within M&A Investment Banking
• Bachelors in Finance, Economics, Business or related fields.
• Strong closed M&A deal experience.
