About the Role

As a Vice President on the ESOP Advisory team, you will:

• Lead and manage ESOP transactions from initial engagement through closing.
• Advise clients on ownership transition strategies, valuation, and capital structure.
• Oversee financial modeling, due diligence, and transaction execution.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor.

What We're Looking For
