Role: Investment Banking VP
Compensation: $250,000 base + bonus

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead execution of M&A transactions from start to finish
- Conduct in-depth financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence
- Collaborate directly with Managing Directors and senior leadership
- Mentor and develop Analysts and Junior Associates
- Prepare and present client-ready pitch materials and marketing documents
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of Investment Banking M&A experience, ideally with exposure to Commercial or Industrial Services (i.e. HVAC, Roofing, Manufacturing, Distribution, Defense, Diversified Industrials, etc.)
- Strong technical and analytical skills with a proven deal execution track record
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
- Must be based in or willing to relocate either Atlanta, GA
