Overview

Our client, a rapidly expanding investment bank with a strong presence in the industrials sector, is seeking a high-performing Senior Analyst or Junior Associate to join their Chicago office. Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of M&A and financing transactions.
• Develop and oversee financial models and valuation analyses.
• Conduct market research and competitive landscape assessments.
• Prepare client presentations and transaction marketing materials.
• Participate in due diligence and deal structuring.
• Support senior bankers in client advisory and relationship management.
• Contribute to pitch development and idea generation for new business.

Candidate Profile

• 2-4 years of investment banking experience, ideally with exposure to sell-side advisory.
• Strong technical skills in financial modeling and valuation.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Highly organized and capable of working independently.
• Comfortable interfacing with senior executives and clients.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Must be able to obtain SIE, Series 79, and Series 63 within 150 days of employment.
