Our client, a leading investment bank focused on the global middle market, is seeking a Senior Analyst to join its Business Services team, which covers Environmental, Industrial & Infrastructure, Commercial & Residential, Professional, and Technology & Information Services. This is a high-impact role supporting M&A execution and client advisory across a range of dynamic sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support senior bankers in executing M&A transactions and managing client relationships.
• Perform detailed financial modeling and valuation analysis.
• Conduct industry research and business due diligence.
• Prepare client-facing presentations and marketing materials.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in M&A investment banking.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
• Strong sell-side transaction experience preferred.
• Advanced financial modeling and accounting knowledge.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
