Investment Banking Associate Key Responsibilities:
- Lead execution of M&A transactions and capital raises, including financial modeling, due diligence, and drafting key materials (CIMs, management presentations, etc.)
- Participate in client meetings, negotiations, and strategic discussions
- Support senior bankers in business development efforts and pitch preparation
- Mentor analysts and contribute to team development
Investment Banking Associate Ideal Qualifications:
- 3-6 years of investment banking experience, preferable with exposure to M&A
- Strong technical skills in valuation, modeling, and presentation development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Bachelor's degree required; CFA/CPA a plus but not required
