Position Summary
The Investment Banking Associate will play a critical role in supporting the execution of complex transactions and delivering strategic advisory services to clients. This position requires a highly motivated individual with strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
As an Investment Banking Associate, you will:
- Conduct comprehensive due diligence and perform in-depth financial analysis to evaluate transaction opportunities
- Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to support valuation, scenario analysis, and deal structuring
- Prepare high-quality pitch books, presentations, and marketing materials for client meetings and transaction processes
- Lead and coordinate the execution of M&A transactions, acting as the primary point of contact between clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with senior bankers to deliver strategic insights and ensure seamless deal execution
Qualifications & Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Investment Banking or a closely related field
- Strong financial acumen with advanced proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively
- A proactive, self-starter mindset combined with strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to relocate or already based in Tampa, FL or Nashville, TN
