Our client is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Investment Banking Associate to join their Industrials Investment Banking team. This role offers a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will work closely with senior bankers and clients across a broad range of industrial sectors, gaining exposure to high-profile transactions and strategic advisory engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage execution of complex M&A transactions, debt and equity financings, and other strategic advisory mandates across the industrials sector.
- Drive financial modeling, valuation analyses, and strategic assessments with a high degree of independence.
- Oversee preparation of client deliverables, including pitch books, management presentations, and board materials.
- Manage due diligence processes, coordinating with clients, legal counsel, and other advisors to ensure seamless transaction execution.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative, high-performance team environment.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory developments impacting the industrials space.
Qualifications
- 3-4 years of investment banking experience, ideally with exposure to industrials or adjacent sectors.
- Proven track record of leading or contributing to live transactions.
- Strong academic credentials from a top-tier institution, with a focus in finance, economics, or related disciplines.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and transaction structuring.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly to clients and senior stakeholders.
