Investment Banking Analyst/Associate

Position Overview

Our client is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Analyst or Associate to join their growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior bankers and founders of innovative software companies. The candidate will be involved in all aspects of transaction execution and will gain exposure to a wide range of strategic advisory work.

Key Responsibilities

• Support deal execution across M&A and capital raising transactions in the software sector.
• Build and maintain complex financial models (DCF, LBO, precedent transactions, etc.).
• Prepare client presentations, pitch materials, and marketing documents.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or consulting (ideally with exposure to software or tech).
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
