Position Overview: We are partnered with a leading boutique investment bank dedicated to M&A, capital raises, corporate carve-outs, divestitures and other assignments in search of experienced analysts and associates.

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Investment Banking Analyst or Associate to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and contribute to our clients' growth and success through deep sector expertise and candid advice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide advisory services related to mergers and acquisitions, corporate carve-outs, private placements, restructuring, divestitures.
• Develop and maintain internal and external relationships through excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Utilize strong knowledge of accounting and financial modeling to support transaction execution.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver thoughtful advice and diligent execution for our clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of investment banking experience, or an MBA with 1+ year of related experience.
• M&A transaction experience is essential.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in accounting and financial modeling.
• Highly motivated team player with the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation:

• Salary range of $85,000 - $140,000 per year
• Eligibility for annual incentive compensation as part of the total compensation package.
