Title: Investment Banking Analyst - Healthcare

Company Summary: We are currently partnered with a Boutique Investment Bank that provides financial strategy, consulting, and M&A services to mid-market private shareholders. They are looking to add to their Healthcare team sitting out of Denver, CO. This opportunity provides extensive resources to assist in your success and gain extensive M&A experience within this firm's active Healthcare team.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct research and prepare analyses on different industries, companies, financials
• Create financial models, valuations analysis and marketing materials
• Conduct transaction due diligence and any related project execution
• Help assist in the research and preparation of marketing pitch books for prospective clients, industries and advisory initiatives

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of Investment Banking, Corporate Development, TAS or M&A experience
• A background in the Healthcare sector is preferred but not required
• M&A and Capital Markets deal experience
• MBA or Bachelors in Finance, Economics, Business or related fields
