Job Title: Associate/Senior Associate, Portfolio Management

Position Overview: Our client is seeking an Associate/Senior Associate to join the Portfolio Management team. This role will work closely with the Managing Director of Portfolio Management to build out the portfolio management function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a key point of contact with portfolio company senior management
• Manage amendments, waivers, and other loan modifications for portfolio companies
• Underwrite upsize, restructure, and refinance opportunities within the portfolio
• Assist in managing equity investments, including tracking performance, evaluating warrant/convert option positions, and determining selling windows/conditions
• Prepare and review quarterly review materials on each portfolio company
• Develop and track key performance indicators for each portfolio company and the overall portfolio
• Implement portfolio management software systems
• Track key market and competitive intelligence

Qualifications:

• Strong analytical and financial skills
• 3-5 years of experience in portfolio management or related fields
• Ability to work collaboratively with senior management
• Proficiency in portfolio management software systems
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
