Head of Investor Relations | Multi Family Office

Selby Jennings has partnered with a billion dollar plus multi-family office, investing in private equity, private credit, venture capital and long short equity products who are seeking a Head of Investor Relations. The business strives to provide access to direct alternative investment opportunities for UHNWI and family offices based in the Greater China region. The role would work alongside the firm's managing partner and COO to build their investor base as they continue to develop their product offerings.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in investor relations, fund raising in asset management
• Proven track record fund raising in private markets
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
• Strong network and proven track record with family offices, UHNWI, and institutional investors

Responsibilities:

• Fund raising & Product Launches
  Lead and execute fund raising campaigns and new product launches across asset classes.
• Investor Relations Strategy
  Oversee the development and implementation of IR infrastructure, processes, and reporting standards to support scalable investor engagement.
• Investor Coverage & Research
  Conduct investor sentiment analysis, client mapping, and prioritisation to drive targeted outreach and relationship building.
• Strategic Coordination
  Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with firm-wide strategy and execution plans.
• Brand & Market Positioning
  Develop initiatives to enhance visibility and positioning at both group and product levels; support strategic communications and marketing efforts.
• Capital Raising & Partnerships
  Source and secure new AUM through strategic partnerships, cornerstone investments, and block trades. Build and maintain a high-quality prospect base across family offices, listed corporates, and institutions.
