Fundraising & Investor Relations Lead

We're partnering with a fast-growing investment group headquartered in Singapore that's actively acquiring and scaling technology and life science companies across Southeast Asia. As part of their expansion toward a Nasdaq listing, they're hiring a senior Investor Relations professional to lead capital markets engagement and investor communications.

This is a strategic, full-time role ideal for someone with deep experience in investor relations, fundraising, and capital strategy - particularly in high-growth or pre-IPO environments. You'll work directly with leadership to shape the group's public market narrative and build long-term investor relationships across global markets.

Job Description:

• Develop and execute investor relations strategy aligned with IPO roadmap
• Manage investor communications, presentations, and financial reporting
• Build and maintain relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and financial media
• Support capital raising efforts across Southeast Asia and the U.S.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and market positioning
• Represent the group at investor meetings, roadshows, and strategic events

Job Requirements:

• Strong background in investor relations, capital markets, or corporate finance
• Experience supporting IPOs, SPAC listings, or pre-IPO fundraising preferred
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with Southeast Asia's investment landscape and global investor networks
• Ability to operate independently and engage with senior leadership
• Strategic mindset with a strong grasp of financial storytelling and market dynamics
