Financial Due Diligence Senior Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the execution of financial due diligence engagements for mergers, acquisitions, and other transactions.
• Analyze historical and projected financial statements to identify trends, quality of earnings, working capital requirements, and potential deal issues.
• Prepare sections of due diligence reports and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Support the development of financial models and valuation analyses.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including tax, legal, and operational advisors.
• Participate in client meetings and contribute to discussions with target company management.
• Conduct industry and company research to support transaction insights.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in financial due diligence, audit, transaction advisory, or corporate finance.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• CPA, CFA, or progress toward certification is a plus.
