Financial Controller

Our client, a leading multinational organisation, is currently seeking a skilled Financial Controller to join their finance team in Zurich. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS and Swiss GAAP
• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes, including variance analysis and financial modelling to support strategic decision-making
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit standards, and regulatory requirements across all financial operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business planning, performance tracking, and financial transparency
• Drive process improvements and support finance transformation initiatives across the organisation to enhance efficiency and reporting quality

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in financial controlling, audit, or financial reporting within an international environment
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP experience is a plus)
