Overview:
A leading advisory firm is seeking talented professionals to join its Financial Advisory Services team. This group partners with middle-market companies, investors, and creditors to deliver strategic financial solutions across a range of complex business situations. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical capabilities, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for solving challenging financial and operational issues.

Responsibilities:

• Support client engagements across performance improvement, transaction advisory, valuation, and restructuring.
• Conduct financial analysis, modeling, and due diligence to assess business performance and identify opportunities for value creation.
• Assist in the development of strategic recommendations and implementation plans for clients navigating growth, transition, or distress.
• Prepare client presentations, reports, and other deliverables with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
• Collaborate with senior team members and cross-functional groups to deliver integrated solutions tailored to client needs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial advisory, investment banking, consulting, or corporate finance.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
