Salary: $175-200k

Responsibilities:

• Lead both the finance & accounting team
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Review consolidated financial results and prepare materials for executive leadership.
• Accounting, treasury, tax, financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting.
• Develop tax planning strategies to optimize the Group's tax position including cross-border transactions.
• Ensure regulatory compliance
• Work with leaders in different departments to analyze their financial performance to provide insight and identify cost savings opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with investors, banks, and financial institutions to support the company's financial objectives and the development of corporate financial planning;
• Stay current with changes in accounting standards, financial regulations, and relevant legislation.
• Participate in ESG reporting
• Other ad hoc projects or tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• Experience in real estate, private equity or asset management highly preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive financial leadership
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
• CPA or equivalent professional qualification is essential.
• Knowledge of IFRS
