Role Highlights:

• Evaluate and underwrite diverse middle-market risks across multiple lines (Property, Casualty, Auto, Workers' Comp, Umbrella)
• Lead new business efforts and foster long-term relationships with agency partners
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver tailored coverage solutions
• Monitor portfolio performance and contribute to strategic initiatives
• Represent the organization at industry events and client meetings

Ideal Background:

• 5-10+ years of commercial underwriting experience, preferably with exposure to multiple lines and industries such as manufacturing or retail
• Strong relationship-building and sales instincts; thrives in a field-facing role
• Comfortable working independently and managing a book with autonomy
• Familiarity with agency dynamics and territory development
• Willingness to travel within assigned region
