A leading global financial institution is seeking an experienced Product Manager to join its Equities Financing and Synthetic Solutions team. This individual will play a critical role in shaping the strategic direction of the firm's synthetic financing and Delta One offering, partnering closely with front-office stakeholders and technology teams to deliver scalable solutions for institutional clients globally.
The successful candidate will work across trading, sales, client coverage, operations, risk, and technology functions to define product enhancements, optimize workflows, and drive the evolution of a globally integrated platform supporting synthetic investment and financing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product roadmap for synthetic financing and Delta One-related offerings.
- Partner with Trading, Sales, and Client Coverage teams to identify market opportunities and enhance the client experience.
- Translate business requirements into actionable product and technology initiatives.
- Lead the development and implementation of new product capabilities and platform enhancements.
- Collaborate with technology teams throughout the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering through implementation and release.
- Drive front-to-back process improvements spanning execution, financing, risk management, collateral, and post-trade functions.
- Work closely with global stakeholders to support platform standardization and strategic transformation initiatives.
- Monitor market trends, client demand, and competitive developments to inform product strategy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Finance, or a related discipline.
- 7+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, consulting, or platform development within capital markets or financial technology.
- Strong understanding of Delta One products, equity financing, synthetic financing, prime services, or equity derivatives.
- Experience working with front-office stakeholders in trading and sales environments.
- Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives involving business and technology teams.
- Knowledge of the trade lifecycle, including execution, financing, risk management, margining, collateral, and post-trade processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience operating within a global organization and collaborating across regions is highly desirable.
