Role Overview

As a Cross Asset Structured Product Sales professional, you will be responsible for originating, structuring, and distributing tailored investment strategies across multiple asset classes. You will work closely with internal structuring and trading teams to deliver best-in-class solutions and maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of institutional and wholesale clients across designated regions.
  • Originate and distribute structured products including equity solutions.
  • Collaborate with structuring and trading teams to design bespoke investment strategies.
  • Provide market insights and product education to clients.
  • Maintain and grow a network of high-value client relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal governance standards.

Candidate Profile

  • 3-7 years of experience in structured product sales or cross-asset sales within investment banking, brokerage, or asset management.
  • Strong technical understanding of structured products and derivatives.
  • Proven track record of revenue generation and client acquisition.
  • Portable client relationships are highly desirable.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Spanish, French, German) are a plus.
