The Corporate Development Director will...

  • Lead all aspects of the corporate development lifecycle - from target identification and valuation modeling to negotiation and integration.
  • Partner with business unit leaders and functional teams to drive strategic M&A, joint ventures, and divestitures.
  • Present directly to executive leadership and the Board on pipeline activity, diligence findings, and strategic recommendations.
  • Build and manage relationships with investment banks, private equity firms, and legal/tax advisors.
  • Develop and execute integration plans that ensure seamless transitions and long-term value creation.

The Director of Corporate Development should have...

  • 7+ years of M&A experience in Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Transaction Advisory.
  • Proven track record in deal execution, financial modeling, and cross-functional leadership.
  • Exceptional communication skills - confident in the boardroom and collaborative in the trenches.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA strongly preferred.
  • Experience in industrials, manufacturing, or building products is a plus.
