Title: Investment Banking Analyst
Company Summary: We are partnering with a luxury ground transportation company that is privately held currently expanding its strategic capabilities through M&A. This is a unique opportunity to join a high-impact Corporate Development team where you'll work directly with senior leadership to drive growth initiatives. The company offers a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment with direct exposure to strategic decision-making and deal execution. This is a hybrid role, 3 days in office.

Corporate Development Associate will be responsible for:

• Supporting end-to-end M&A transaction execution
• Conducting industry and company research across various sectors
• Preparing marketing materials and strategic presentations for internal and external stakeholders
• Performing financial modeling and valuation analysis
• Assisting in capital raising and strategic partnership efforts
• Collaborating closely with executive leadership throughout deal processes

Corporate Development Associate should have the following qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in investment banking, corporate development, or private equity
• Strong closed M&A transaction experience
• Industry background is flexible; focus is on deal execution capability
• Solid accounting and finance knowledge with advanced modeling skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with C-suite executives
