Associate/Senior Associate - RX/FP&A Advisory

Company Summary: We are partnered with a boutique Investment Banking team in Birmingham, Michigan looking to add an FP&A/Rx Associate to their growing generalist team. You will have the opportunity to support end-to-end deal execution process, continue to gain extensive M&A, FP&A, and Rx/Turnaround experience as well as gain direct client facing experience with a lean deal team.

The FP&A/Rx Associate will be responsible for:

• Preparing and delivering presentations throughout the deal execution period.
• Assist in the coordination of internal and external resources in the due diligence process for transactions.
• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to support business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.
• Conducting extensive industry, market, and company-specific research.
• Building and maintaining client relations with established and prospective clients.

The FP&A/Rx Associate should have the following qualifications:

• 3+ years within FP&A, Consulting, or Investment Banking.
• Bachelors in Finance, Economics, Business or related fields.
• Exceptional financial modeling skills.
• Strong technical skills
