What You'll Be Doing
As a Debt Advisory Associate, you will support the execution of complex financing solutions across multiple sectors. Working directly with an experienced senior team, you will play an integral part in both business development and live transactions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Working closely with a market‑leading senior team to identify and execute opportunities across the full transaction lifecycle, with a strong emphasis on financial analysis.
- Preparing financial models and pitchbooks to support marketing processes and transaction execution.
- Engaging with financial sponsors and management teams from day one, contributing to discussions and supporting strategic decision-making.
- Operating as part of the broader M&A and advisory platform, working on:
- Standalone debt advisory mandates
- Lender education processes for sell-side transactions
- Financing solutions for buy-side mandates
- Transactions involving principal investments in companies and projects
- Supporting transactions across a diverse range of sectors, with a current strong focus on:
- Digital infrastructure (fibre networks, data centres)
- Energy transition (generation, storage, distribution and transmission infrastructure)
