Asset Management Analyst/Associate

Selby Jennings is currently partnered with a leading global debt asset manager based in Dallas, TX. The team is looking to grow their asset management team, and is looking to bring on additional associates to support the growth of the portfolio.

Responsibilities:

• Support the portfolio of a high volume of complex real estate loans.
• Work collaboratively with investment teams, property managers, and other internal teams.
• Review loan agreements and monitor covenants.
• Analyze property and portfolio level financials.
• Prepare and maintain financial projections.

Qualifications:

• 1-4 years of experience in asset management (debt or equity)
• Exposure to multifamily OR office assets
• Bachelors degree from an accredited university and in good academic standing
• Strong verbal, communication, presentation skills
• Strong financial modeling skills
• Highly motivated, positive attitude, and team player
