Actuarial Solutions Consultant

A fast-growing AI-driven technology company is seeking a Solutions Consultant with deep expertise in healthcare analytics to support the expansion of their platform into care management, population health, and healthcare economics. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, strategy, and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert in healthcare analytics, supporting sales efforts and collaborating with product and data science teams.
• Engage with carriers, TPAs, and stop-loss organizations to understand care management priorities and help shape tailored solutions.
• Evaluate demo environments and presentation materials to align with client-specific needs.
• Participate in client meetings to showcase platform capabilities and connect them to business challenges.
• Develop ROI narratives, KPI analyses, and success metrics to demonstrate solution impact.
• Translate market feedback into actionable insights for product development and implementation teams.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, actuarial analysis, population health, healthcare economics, or claims data.
• Strong understanding of commercial/employer group health.
• Experience in a consultative, client-facing role, ideally in partnership with sales teams.
• Hands-on experience with care management or population health programs
• Familiarity with R, Python, and/or SQL
• Actuarial background is a plus (ASA/FSA not required, but preferred).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
