Title: Vice President of Asset Management
Location: Atlanta, Georgia
Schedule: Full Time In-Office
A premier real estate asset management firm in Atlanta, Georgia is searching for a Vice President of Asset Management. This client has completed $10B+ in transactions within the past two decades and works across multiple property types including industrial, multifamily, and retail. The team is excited to bring on a new Vice President of Asset Management who will play an integral role in driving the asset management function and maximizing the performance of the company's assets.
VP of Asset Management Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement key strategy to promote overall growth
- Actively asset-manage and be responsible for a portfolio of industrial, multifamily, and retail properties.
- Cultivate strong relationships with investors, developers, and key stake holders
- Maintain relationships with property managers to ensure properties and assets success
- Consistently review portfolios to assess performance as well as implement any necessary changes and corrective actions
- Analyze market trends, potential acquisitions, and potential dispositions to further enhance the portfolio
- Prepare and present asset performance portfolio to senior leadership and investors
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements related to property management and investment.
The VP of Asset Management has the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, MBA a plus
- 5+ years in asset management or real estate operations
- Proven success managing a variety of different property types
- Excellent communication skills and strong ethical values
- Ability to travel to assets
- Exceptional work ethic
