New Business Sales Director
Introduction
We are currently working with a leading financial services market research firm who is seeking a New Business Sales Director. The successful candidate will work with the firm's senior management team to grow the company's revenue by building relationships with c-suite executives.
Responsibilities
The New Business Sales Director will be responsible for working with the senior management team to develop and execute sales strategies to grow the business. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Building relationships with c-suite executives at target companies.
- Developing a deep understanding of the market and the competition.
- Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Managing the sales cycle from lead generation to close.
- Creating and delivering presentations to clients.
Skills
The successful candidate will have the following skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Ability to forge relationships with c-suite executives.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
Candidates for this role should have a degree in business or a related field. An MBA is preferred but not required.
Additional Information
The ideal candidate for this role is a buy-side new logo hunter with a million dollar quota. The candidate should have experience selling research services to c-suite executives.
