Job Description:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience preferably within real estate industry
Skills required:
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel
Experience working alongside Business Development teams would be advantageous but not essential
Responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
* Supporting senior members across different departments including Business development, Marketing & Sales Teams
* Collaborating cross-functionally towards driving lead generation efforts through networking events etc.
* Conducting market research on potential investors - understanding their requirements needs/expectations so that we can provide tailored solutions accordingly
* Preparing reports/presentations using various metrics from internal databases about performance trends related financial products offered at the company
