What You'll Be Doing:
As the Head of Underwriting, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing our portfolio of key accounts and providing market insights to support our sales department.
- Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to ensure our products meet market demands.
- Participating in product development, contract design, and risk policy implementation.
- Analyzing product performance, claims experience, and associated risks to determine pricing strategies.
- Leading day-to-day operations and fostering team development.
Your Profile:
We're looking for someone with:
- A Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in economics, statistics, mathematics, law, or related fields.
- Extensive experience in the insurance or financial sector with people management skills.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in IT tools.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in German and English.
- Proficiency in Office applications, especially Excel.
