Investment Banking Analyst 1
Introduction
Our client is looking for an ECM Analyst 1/2 to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Investment Banking team in executing a variety of transactions, including equity offerings, M&A, and other corporate finance transactions. You will be working with a team of experienced professionals who will provide you with the opportunity to learn and develop your skills in this exciting and dynamic industry.
Responsibilities
- Conducting financial analysis and modeling to support the deal team in executing transactions
- Preparing pitch books, presentations, and other marketing materials
- Conducting research and analysis on companies, industries, and markets
- Participating in due diligence processes and assisting in the drafting of transaction documents
- Interacting with clients and other stakeholders in the deal process
Skills
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Native or bilingual proficiency in German or Spanish.
