Company Summary: I am currently partnered with a well-established, public Oil & Gas company based out of the Dallas-Fort Worth area, looking to add on a Corporate Development & Strategy Manager to their growing team! This opportunity will allow you to work on execution as well as strategy. The Corporate Development & Strategy Manager will have the opportunity to play a huge role in shaping the future of this company gaining extensive facetime with the C-Suite and head executives.
Corporate Development & Strategy Manager will be responsible for:
- Develop plans for a seamless inorganic & organic strategy to accelerate the firm's growth.
- Preparing and delivering presentations throughout the deal execution period.
- Assisting in the execution of M&A transactions.
- Building and maintaining client relations with established and prospective clients.
- Mentoring, training and supervising analyst and associate level team members.
Corporate Development & Strategy Manager should have the following qualifications:
- 4-6 years experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Development, Corporate Strategy, Management Consulting, or other related experience.
- Bachelors in Finance, Economics, Business or related fields
- Strong financial modeling capabilities
