The Opportunity
Our client is looking for a high-impact VP of Sales to lead national growth efforts and drive adoption of our platform across the insurance ecosystem. This is a rare opportunity to join a nimble, ambitious team where every day is different-and where your ideas and hustle will directly shape the future of the business.
You'll be selling into MGAs, brokers, and carriers, so deep experience in the P&C space is essential. We're looking for someone with a founder's mindset: resourceful, strategic, and ready to roll up their sleeves. Think of this role as the Swiss Army knife of sales leadership-part strategist, part operator, part relationship-builder.
What You'll Do
- Own and execute the national sales strategy, driving platform adoption across MGAs, brokers, and carriers
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team from the ground up
- Develop go-to-market plans and refine positioning in collaboration with product and marketing
- Cultivate and manage relationships with key decision-makers across the insurance landscape
- Represent the company at industry events and in strategic partnership conversations
What You Bring
- 7-10+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience, ideally in P&C insurance, insurtech, or SaaS
- Proven success selling platform solutions to MGAs, brokers, and carriers
- Strong network within the insurance ecosystem
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit and comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Experience with companies like Guidewire, Duck Creek, Coalition, Gradient AI, or similar is a plus
