This team sits at the center of the firm's technology strategy, building the platforms that support risk, analytics, and other critical business functions. The organization is still in its early stages and actively expanding, creating a rare opportunity to join a high-visibility team with significant influence on the future direction of the platform.
They're looking for VP Lead Engineers who enjoy solving complex technical problems at scale. The work spans distributed systems, large-scale data and analytics platforms, cloud modernization initiatives, and business-critical applications used across the organization.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of software engineering experience
- Strong Java development background
- Experience building distributed systems or large-scale enterprise platforms
- Cloud experience (AWS preferred)
- Technical leadership experience while remaining hands-on
- Strong system design and architecture skills
- Financial services experience is helpful but not required
