Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: $175,000 - $200,000 + bonus

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing operations professionals
- Creating and implementing policies/procedures that align with various regulatory and compliance frameworks
- Constantly focusing on improving operational efficiency
- Making sure all performance-based goals are met
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 10-15 years of investment operations experience
- 5+ years of management experience
- Background in Private Markets, Alternative Investments, and using Derivatives
Preferred Qualifications:
- CFA
- FINRA Licensing
